Does Arbitration execute remedies automatically?

No. Originating protocols must explicitly consume finalized rulings.

Can governance change my resolver mid-case?

No. Case policy is snapshotted when opened.

Are evidence files public?

Not necessarily. The chain can store commitments while payloads remain private/off-chain.

How many appeals are allowed?

The snapshotted domain policy controls this, capped at three by the current implementation.
