420 Arbitration fees

On-chain case, evidence, ruling, appeal and finalization transactions pay ordinary network gas in native $420 where applicable.

Any evidence-hosting, resolver or specialist-service charge is separate from chain gas and must not be confused with protocol custody or remedy execution.
