Read-only Registry lookup has no protocol mutation fee beyond ordinary access-provider costs, if any.

Publishing or changing canonical Registry state is an on-chain transaction and therefore pays normal network gas in native $420. Any future policy-specific registration fee must be documented separately from gas and cannot be inferred from this application manual.
