420 Names permissions

Resolution is read-only. Registration, renewal, record updates, reverse-name changes and transfers are on-chain mutations requiring the authorized account/owner path and Wallet confirmation.

A resolved name does not automatically grant any Smart Account capability or dApp permission. Treat Wallet authorization separately from naming.
