Treat authorization failures, inactive/unknown project or sale state, invalid allocation conditions, exhausted limits and asset/configuration mismatches as fail-closed conditions.

Do not translate a revert into a guessed successful state. Surface bounded public diagnostics and the transaction/error identifier while keeping signing material, private Wallet state and unrelated identity information out of logs.
