420 Launchpad permissions

Launchpad actions are default-deny and scope authorization to the specific project, sale or protocol action. Project controllers cannot obtain Wallet signing authority, Governance authority, Registry ownership or arbitrary custody solely by controlling a Launchpad project.

Users authorize their own transactions through Wallet. Operators must not request private keys, recovery phrases, passkey private material or unrelated capability grants.
